The Vancouver Basketball Foundation™ and Girls Who PLAY launch plan for Free Indoor Basketball Programs to return this Fall.

Vancouver, British Columbia - The Vancouver Basketball Foundation™ and Girls Who PLAY launch plan for Free Indoor Basketball Programs to return this Fall. With High School and Club Basketball competition still in the air, The Vancouver Basketball Foundation™ is proud to provide free indoor basketball skill development sessions.

Girls Who PLAY (Passion for Lifelong Athletics in Youth) introduces a wide variety of sports to any Grades 6-12 self-identifying young women including Indigenous, two-spirited, non-binary, LGBTQQIA+, vulnerable and at-risk youth who reside or attend schools in the Grandview Woodlands and Downtown Eastside communities.

Girls Who PLAY- Basketball is proudly powered by The Vancouver Basketball Foundation™. These free-to-attend sessions will combine basketball skills development, decision making training, and functional fitness, led by former Canada Senior Women's National Team Player and VP of Community Impact, Megan Pinske.
